The Wild Studio POLICY
Policy of The Wild Studio for Healthy Relations between The Wild Studio and its customers.
1) The Wild Studio has the present policy for return and refund. We remain with you always before purchase and after the purchase also.
2) In the following eventualities we refund 100% payment received by the customers to them.
a) Products received by the buyers in damaged / defective / broken condition.
b) Products which are not as per description / photo on the web-site.
c) Products that are damaged/defective or which the buyer may disapprove for they being not of the design as agreed. Provided that the claims for return / refund are lodged with us within a period of 7 days from the receipt of products by the buyers. The Wild Studio will not be responsible for return / refund for the claims logged after the said period.
3) Return / refund will not be given in cases of the following products :
b) Custom made products
c) Food, bath & beauty products
d) Heavy items
4) The procedure for lodging claims by buyers is very simple and it is as under :
a) The buyer may within 7 days from receipt of the product can request us online for return / refund. Within a period 2 of 3 clear days The Wild Studio will respond to such request / claim.
b) We recommend use of an email for lodging the claims.
c) By sending an E-mail with images / video of broken / defective / damaged products within 7 days after receipt of the products. Buyers are requested to mention their order number / invoice number etc. in the E-mail.( Please make video while opening your courier & show us seal, move parcel all sides. We are not responsible for any damage & missing of products without video)
5) When the buyer requests for return / refund on the ground that the product is received by him in damaged / defective / broken condition due to error on the seller’s part, the buyer will be compensated for return courier charges. The buyers are requested to take care that while returning the product, they should be properly packed so as to reach us in the same condition in which they were packed.
6) The amount paid by the buyer for the products plus any shipping charges paid at the time of the order will be directly refunded to the buyers account within 15 working days of refund.
